You should post your city, that might help. Your IP says you're in Denver, CO, but it might not be. Mine says I'm in NY,NY, but I'm across from Phila, in NJ.

You might attempt to trap him, use a LIVE trap, then you could take it to a vet. Don't try and handle live, feral animals, that's dangerous.
