Great news. Trapped the perpetrator by using a trap that attached to the exit on the wall. Woah! I asked the pest control guys to take it far away so it doesn't come back. The trap will be going back up tomorrow to make sure that there aren't anymore.
John following your advice. So far so good. Any recommendations on how to seal it permanently? Thanks!
