Most squirrels (but not all) go out during the day. Sometimes, for whatever reason, they stay inside. Obviously, they don't have enough experience to know that. Ask them for someone with EXPERIENCE - no rookies or kids.

You did the right thing. Remove it so they don't do anymore damage.

You tell them you want the "supervisor" at your house, NOT on the phone.

And they can chew through pipes, if they try hard enough. If they hear water running through a pipe, and they want it, they can chew through a galvanized iron pipe in less than an hour.

Don't take any crap.
