Hmmmm. Tough question. Can you reach the babies? If so, put on some leather work gloves and extract them. Best thing to do with them? Put them down. Most people can't do that, but they're probably too small to survive on the outside anyway.

If you can't reach them, the best thing would be to let mom rear her pups and when they leave, in a month or two, seal off the entranceway.
