Flying squirrels are "social," so where there's one, there's usually more....

Glueboards or snap traps usually work pretty well, I never had too much luck with live traps. And, of course, blocking off all entry points.

If these are invaders, I would put them down. Otherwise, they'll just weasel their way into somebody else's house.
