Hi,

I need advice on catching a squirrel which has recently entered my garage. He followed sunflower seeds used to feed birds. He entered a hole in my wall left over from running wiring. I have baited a double door Havahart trap with peanut butter directly on the treadle. Added sunflower seeds pressed into the peanut butter. He seems to ignore the trap and reestablish a hole in the wall I covered while eating into a plastic covered hay bale and bags of soil.

This morning I checked to see if the new set up worked and I saw a glimpse of his tail. I guess he was just waking up and I startled him.

Any suggestions?
