Under the house? You mean in a crawl space? First of all, you have to secure the crawl - or whatever is under the house where the animal gets in.

You have a rat, squirrel, chipmunk or whatever other animal is in your area. You'll have to find out WHAT it is before you can get him. Detective work is in order here, find out what it is.
