They're like you and me. We don't like to go out in the rain, but if it rains too long, we go out anyway. They do too.

The ones in the attic breed others that will either come back to YOUR house or go to someone else's. That's why any squirrels you catch INSIDE, should be put down. Personally, I think you should put down ALL of the ones you catch, inside or outside.
