May also be illegal to relocate wild life without a permit. Check with your local laws, I found that in NY, it was either destroy or let free on your own property. Any transporting must be done by a licensed wild-life handler... as the squirrel(s) will likely find a new house or die of starvation/exile in their new habitat.

Not pointing any fingers, but after catching 24... I'm glad they are not somebody else's problem.
