Oh, and btw I have a double door trap that I set with the PB and bread bait this morning. I have put it under the house to see if it will take the bait. It is a squirrel trap; I do have a larger trap as well, if there is something larger underneath. Also I have called the heating and air folks again and asked for an installation team to come out to give me an estimate on the damage done so far. I am awaiting them to call back for an appointment time. Thanks for your help.
