SOMEBODY is going to have to determine where the animal got in. Without actually visiting the building personally, I could write a book about the places they get in. All they need is a hole about the size of a fifty cent piece.
Once you determine that, you can trap and remove the animal. Otherwise, you just have to put a trap out there and start trapping, not stopping until you catch the offender. You could go thru a lot of squirrels before that happens....
I'd say to go thru both of my squirrel pages, read everything, including all the popups, and you will probab;y get some ideas of where to begin. Even if you do eventually trap him, you'll have to find the entrance point or the problem will just recur.
Actually, this is the job of your landlord, not you. Get him activated, and forget the idea of "blocking" him. He'll just find another way in or MAKE one.
