Road construction? Could be.... Any kind of construction outside is bound to upset the 'local population.' Most places require an exterminator to check for that before and during construction. We did one last spring for a builder doing a Wal-Mart shopping center.

Good to get a referral for an exterminator. Stay away from the biggies or any exterminator that sends a salesman rather than an exterminator.
