I visited this board about a year ago. (Thanks for having the board.) Now that it is cold again I hear red squirrel in in ceiling, between floors. Am near Buffalo NY. I bought a 1025, then read the board and bought a 1040. Left it open with food for awhile and then set it in garage. (Squirrels are in garage, in between 1st and 2nd floor apt and prob. attic too.) Trap was set on floor in garage and food would be gone and door closed. Then I put it up 2 ft high on edge of rubbermaid container. Now food just sits and door is open. Maybe I need to put camo on it? Not sure what to do. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
