Hi--saw an earlier post on here where someone asked whether a squirrel can chew through the metal of an AC unit? I have a squirrel that's been throwing itself at my windows for the past 5 hours. Its crawled between screens and the window and if the window was open, it'd be in the house. Its been spending a lot of time near the window-mounted AC. I'm concerned it might try to chew through the plastic that you slide over from the left and right side of the AC to fill out the window.

Is this something anyone's dealth with? Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
