I am a sculpture and about a year ago ,I took a commission to build a drive way gate in the mountains of W.N.C., it is 14' long 4' high has 3 large branches and 12 limbs and 48 rotodendren leaves of hammered stainless. Well where the limbs form at the leaf cluster(4 leaves} on
each about 4" to 6" back from the leaves all the paint has been scratched off only in this area. I see what seems to be small claw marks, there was a skim coat of bondo then a lead oxide primer, Industrial Rustoleum.
Can you help???
