Glue traps are not going to work for squirrels. They will get trapped into them but they will chew through the trap and easily get away. Its a waste of time.

As John mentioned, 1025 is too small, I had some luck with it early in the season with smaller squirrels but later on it became a huge frustration till I got a bigger trap.
