Michele, unfortunately, I don't have a specific name for you up there.... I usually tell people to get a trusted, local independent and to stay away from the biggies, or any company that wants to send out an salesman instead of an exterminator.

And a rogue squirrel is one that lives in structures (houses) rather than in the trees.
