Would be much to expensive for you to have me do the job.... I would have to come there almost every day, often MULTIPLE times per day, and I just don't have the manpower to do that.

Get yourself a Hava-Hart 1040 trap and put it in your attic. All you need is about 9-10 inches of space for the trap, assuming this is a squirrel.
