I live in a "raised" ranch house. All of my main rooms are on the same floor. Above this main floor is an "attic" which is more like a crawl space... a human cannot fit up there. I do have 2 access points that a person can put their head up into. We set some traps and haven't caught anything. I read on your site that I should light the area and will.

I've called 8 exterminators and no one will even call me back! I have NO CLUE how they're getting in either so even if I do catch them, others might get in. I live in Philadelphia by the Woodhaven exit on 95. Is this too far for you to come out? My step father is not opposed to checking the traps and the such, but I'm at my wit's end and frustrated not knowing what to do. I live in a row home but my neighbors say that they do not hear anything.
