We appear to have squirrels in our ceiling. We do not have an attic so there is no way to trap them inside. The pest control company feels they are coming in through the "builders gap" (I am not sure if I am saying that correctly). Anyway it is near the gutter and the roof line. They want to install galvanized metal that will cover the opening along the entire length of all the gutters. I have used this company before for a flea problem and they were wonderful, but this is a huge deal and I don't want to pay for a treatment that won't work. They will also caulk all openings they find. So far we do not have any visible damage to the house, it's just the "scurrying" I hear in the ceiling. Comments? Suggestions?
