I need to get two of these damn critters out of my wall. I've had a trap out for about a week, baited with peanut butter and bread, and i've spread around a little sunflower/peanut bird seed for chum. Still no taker, except for the birds. I've tried two different locations, to no avail.
Thing is, because it's snowy out and below freezing, these guys aren't coming out at all, it seems. They're staying in where it's warm and cozy and they can drive me nuts. I haven't seen them out once in months! So, I'm wondering what I can do to drive them out of the wall and outside, since I think they haven't even noticed the trap or the treats inside. Maybe then they'll at least notice there's some food. Or I can shoot them if I can get a decent shot.
Any ideas on how to drive these guys outside in the wintertime?
Thanks for all the great info, John!
