HI John,

So its been a couple days since he sprung the trap and got away. I have not recieved the 1040's yet and am still trying to get him to enter the other (crappy) trap wired open. He wont go all in to the get the bait. I stopped chuming around the trap. He took some I left just inches in the entrance to trap, and left two others at center and end of trap. I am trying to slowly lure him in by (ceasing chum) and retreating the bait a bit each time into trap. Still waiting for other traps so I am patient, but looking for hints. Should I disquise the trap? My 7 yr old son wants to make a fricken ghillies suit for it!
Should I just keep what I am doing and hope he gets forgetful and spoiled. Should I do everyother day to get him more hungry? Please advise.

Trap is on deck below where he enters the house in soffits. He is throwing fiberglass down there. There were tracks in the snow prior to trapping where I set the trap.

I have not actually witnessed the squirrel anywhere near the traps, this all happens while at work.

Just keep doing what I am doing?

Thanks again.
