We have positively identified squirrels in our attic. I'm concerned the nest which is located in the eaves/soffit may have babies. If I trap the mother in the attic will I have any issue removing the babies when I repair the soffit or should I wait until the babies are also mobile-if they are there - and trap everyone at once. My gut tells me to get rid of the mother at once and deal with babies later.
