Posted by Mary Ann on 11:54:01 11/2/2009 from 12.33.141.36:We had new gutters put up this past spring and of course the gutter company guaranteed they would not chew through and they have chewed though the end of the same gutter twice already, most recently this weekend with a baseball size hole. They are persistent as we have had them on and off for years. The gutter company put another piece of steel on the end and they chewed right through it. We are at our wits end and are wondering if there is something else we can do to the gutters to keep them out. We are afraid they may then eat their way into our attic once they get in the gutters. We tried the pepper critter spray and the "scary owls" to no avail. Thanks.
